eBuilder’s Cloud Academy training and certification courses focus on Cloud Processes for the Value Network, which is eBuilder’s area of proven expertise.

All our training sessions teach the eBuilder strategy for business process improvements.

Designed to enhance your skills, our training and certification courses concentrate on the following general areas:

  • Business process improvements and efficiency – Gives companies and organizations the ability to review and understand how to increasing the efficiency of their organization’s business processes, where increased efficiency brings higher revenue, increased profitability, better results, and more satisfied customers.
  • Automation – An automated process is the optimal way to achieve efficiency and control. Today many possibilities are available for automating business processes. Our courses help you find the current and emerging technologies that suit your needs. They illuminate the path from manual processes, via semi-automated processes, to fully automated processes.
  • Customer value and increased profitability – In today’s global, highly competitive environment, successful organizations need to focus on customer values and expectations. And more importantly, on how to deliver increased value to customers tomorrow, how to improve customer experience, and how to meet and exceed customer expectations. It is more and more important to focus on the whole process flow independent of which organization is involved in the different work steps. Role-Based Educational Offerings

Our education offerings target three company or organizational roles:

  • Leaders with strategic responsibility for an organization
  • Process owners and/or process improvers
  • Process analysts and process improvers on an operational level

Experience has taught us that training a homogenous group of people with similar roles improves and stimulates the exchange of knowledge and questions. This is why we specifically target the roles above. While a high-level manager can participate, for example, in a course aimed at participants at the operational level (such as a course on how to use our Travel and Travel Expense Management Cloud Process), training sessions aimed at business leaders are presented specifically to groups of leaders to achieve the benefits of homogeneity.
